After your data is entered, using your keyboard, click on Shift "Print Screen" a button on the top row of your keyboard. Then open a word processing document and go to edit paste. The image of your filled in form can then be be saved in a document. You can keep many of these in a folder for a digital record of the forms you have collected. You may need to scroll down and take a second "picture" of the form to paste into the document so that all the data is saved. If you are tech savvy, you can create a database to save the form data permanently, you have permission to copy this form.
